As a Senior Recruiter, Michael Liuzza brings almost a decade of sourcing and hiring experience to the JVT team. In his current role, Michael is responsible for full lifecycle recruiting, partnering with JVT's Contract Recruiting Team to match superior available talent with career building opportunities. A seasoned veteran, he welcomes the challenge that comes with filling each open position. Michael takes the time to truly get to know his candidates and understand their specific placement goals, specializing in fostering long-term relationships for optimal hiring success.
Before joining JVT Advisors, Michael was an Agency Recruiter and Team lead at King & Bishop, a Corporate Recruiter at Oxford Global Resources, and Agency Recruiter at Orbis Clinical. He also spent the first ten years of his career at Gatehouse Media as a full-time sports journalist, focusing on coverage of local high school sports teams as well as youth sports and small collegiate athletics.
Michael attended Springfield College where he received a Bachelors’ Degree in Journalism and Communications.
