As the vendor manager for the Contract Recruiting team, Chintan is responsible for contract negotiation, continuing to expand relationships with IT service providers, and functional reporting including metrics for billability, operational issues, and investigated root causes.
Chintan is passionate about helping clients achieve the optimum recruiting practices to grow their business by recommending and implementing new processes, tools, and technologies designed to improve new hire quality and performance.
Chintan holds a postgraduate degree in management from De Montfort University in Leicester, U.K., and a bachelor’s degree in engineering from Saurashtra University in India.
