Job Description

Contract length: 6 Months with possible extension or conversion

Responsibilities: 

  • Provide remote technical assistance for clients with tier 1 issues (printers, configurations, passwords, networking issues etc)
  • Monitor Ticketing system to meet all contract SLA's.
  • Provide first class, knowledgeable IT solutions in a professional manner.

Requirements:

  • Minimum, 1 year working as a help desk analyst.
  • Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills
  • Positive and professional demeanor
  • Previous experience working with the following: Exchange Server, Office 365, Active Directory, Sonicwall
