Contract length: 6 Months with possible extension or conversion
- Provide remote technical assistance for clients with tier 1 issues (printers, configurations, passwords, networking issues etc)
- Monitor Ticketing system to meet all contract SLA's.
- Provide first class, knowledgeable IT solutions in a professional manner.
- Minimum, 1 year working as a help desk analyst.
- Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills
- Positive and professional demeanor
- Previous experience working with the following: Exchange Server, Office 365, Active Directory, Sonicwall
