- Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers across your assigned portfolio
- Provide advanced consultation to hiring managers regarding hiring needs and develop recruiting strategies for complex and challenging technical positions
- Develop innovative strategies around finding top talent and ensuring the best possible candidate experience
- Actively managing candidate experience to ensure highest quality experience through all recruitment stages
- Providing continuous and open communication to hiring team and leadership regarding recruitment efforts, including status of open requirements and pipeline
- Bachelors’ Degree plus 5 years’ experience or equivalent work experience
- Knowledgeable on entire recruiting cycle (Requisition intake, research, candidate identification, candidate screening, interviews and negotiations)
Ian is responsible for full-cycle recruiting in many areas, including HR, IT, finance, and administrative. Prior to joining JVT, Ian worked for 5 years as a senior recruiter at Randstad.
