Job Description

Contract Duration: 6 months (temp to perm)

Job Description

  • Process employee health insurance enrollments, COBRA, terminations changes, beneficiaries, disability, accident and death claims, ACA Compliance, 401(k), compliance testing, census requests.
  • Reconcile benefit program invoices
  • Answer employee questions regarding benefits and coverage
  • Audit benefit deductions and remittances
  • Track disability leave (FMLA and Sickness & Accident)
  • Research and resolve employee issues with insurers
  • Other tasks that may be assigned
  • ADP experience a plus
