Apple/Mac Tech - Helpdesk in Bedford, MA
Contract Duration: 4 month contract to PERM
Seeking an experienced Apple/Mac support technician with excellent communication skills to provide support in an Enterprise environment
- Required: 1+ years of helpdesk / phone support experience, Apple/MAC troubleshooting experience
- Provide first level phone support with diagnosis, identification, and resolution of Apple problems of varying complexity with hardware, software, LANs, networks, and corporate data systems.
- Support Mac OS & iOS, MS Office, (primarily Outlook), LAN, VPN, and remote devices, hardware and peripherals, and other technologies.
- Will be SME (subject matter expert) on the team.
- Apple Certified Technician, HDI certification, ITIL certification are a PLUS
