Job Details	The Tech Lead will manage Oracle HR Extensions, Interfaces & Workflow construction activities under the Oracle ERP rollout project. Candidate will oversee the technical team responsible for design, development and testing of extensions, interfaces, workflows for Oracle Applications R12. Responsibilities will include coordination with functional team, managing timeline and tracking issues.
Job Requirements	Minimum of 5+ years of experience managing IT projects for Oracle Application implementation. Experience with SOX standards, compliance and the Systems Life Cycle Methodology. Strong leadership, planning, organizational skills is required Knowledge of various Oracle HR, Compensation, PTO is required. High level of technical knowledge of RICEW items including interfaces, extensions, and workflows is required. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to interface with all levels within the corporation as well as outside consultants Ability to identify and analyze organizational needs with solid problem solving abilities Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal
