| Job Requirements | The Business Application Analyst supports Oracle module(s) by troubleshooting and resolving production problems. The incumbent ensures complete testing so that production issues are minimal after implementation of new enhancements, changes or upgrades. This position works with IT Development on needed changes, including replacing Oracle customization with standard functionality as it becomes available. |
