The Business Analyst is the individual who has the primary responsibility to elicit, analyze, validate, specify, verify, and manage the real needs of the project stakeholders, including customers and end users. The business analyst is also known as a requirements engineer, requirements analyst, requirements manager, system analyst, or simply analyst.

Support the integration of all Data sources including Call reporting, Sales Data, CRM, and other strategic components in the Customer Relationship Management Tool.

-Extensive CRM implementation and administration experience.
-5+ years of Sales and Sale Analysis preferably in the pharmaceutical industry.
-Extensive knowledge of Excel, Access, PowerPoint, MS SQL, and MS Project.
-Experience with data warehouses, contact management, call reporting, sample accountability, contracting, and comprehensive business reporting.
