The Network Engineer II is responsible for the configuration, implementation and securing of all network related systems by evaluating current and future business requirements in an enterprise environment. Work directly with other I.T. staff and internal clients to troubleshoot and resolve various technology related issues and meets all service level agreements.

• Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, related field, or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience is required
  
• 4+ years of data communications and networking experience including TCP/IP and related routing protocols such as; EIGRP, IGRP, VOIP, Telnet, SNMP, ICMP is required
  
• CCNA and/or CCNP certification is desired
  
• Demonstrated experience with call center technologies and/or Avaya systems including, s8700, 8500, VOIP, CMS, IVR
  
• Demonstrated experience installing, configuring, maintaining, monitoring and troubleshooting Cisco routers/switches, CSU/DSUs, firewalls, VPN devices and other related equipment
  
• Ability to manage and troubleshoot complex IT security architectures involving Firewall / VPN, Intrusion detection / prevention, authorization /authentication, Network Traffic Management, and Anti-virus systems
  
• 3+ years of networking experience with Windows NT/2000/XP/2003 preferred
