Works closely with Business Process Directors, and Shared Services Center team to define sub-processes or aspects of larger processes. Facilitates group discussions and identifies new or changed processes that may cut across functional lines. Acts as backup facilitator to Business Process Director on larger process discussions.
Functions as focal point for addressing requests for process improvements. Evaluates impact of proposed changes, tests and simulates new process to ensure feasibility and global standardization.

Knowledge of process improvement and total quality analysis techniques, such as flow charting, diagrams, etc. Broad knowledge of accounting/financial reporting processes and procedures.
Broad knowledge of accounting/financial reporting processes and procedures and US GAAP.
Knowledge of ERP systems and interface with other process-related systems. Computer skills and use of office applications software.
Knowledge of Sarbanes-Oxley legislation and its impact on data and process tracking, documentation and reporting. General knowledge of auditing procedures and practices.
Communications and facilitation skills and ability to ask probing questions in order to get required information. Ability to lead meetings and discussions, provide insight and help define ideas and information.
Ability to collect and analyze information from multiple sources, see connections, issues and fined common ground.
