Crystal Reports and Cognos Reporting experience is an ABOSULTE MUST

The successful candidate is knowledgeable of both Crystal and/or Cognos report development with the ability to coordinate their work across multiple teams and organizational components. The candidate is able to:

• Understand business requirements and determine optimal design approach
  
• Accurately estimate report development effort, set and meet target dates
  
• Develop high quality, efficient reports including sub-reports, parameter based reports, graphical reports, formula based, well-formatted reports, drill-down reports, analysis reports, and data reports
  
• Develop and execute test scripts and product technical documentation
  
  
• BS/BA degree or equivalent with a minimum of 8 years in technology oriented application development and support environment
  
• 2-4 years complex report development experience (Crystal Reports 8.5+ and/or Cognos 8.1+), with CRM (SalesLogix), Data Warehouse (Oracle, MS SQLserver) experience
  
• 2-4 years experience in Multi-Tiered System Operations, including Web, Application and Database Operational Support & Services

Experience in programming languages such as VB and SQL.
