Job Requirements	Job Description Position Description: The Integration Specialist is responsible for designing, developing and implementing systems with an emphasis on enterprise solution development utilizing Microsoft BizTalk Server 2006 and SQL Server 2005. The primary role is to serve on project development teams, providing technical solutions, tool/software alternatives and capabilities, design specifications, and recommendations related to technical issues. The position may mentor other team members including client personnel. Required Skills: Three to five years in-depth personal experience in designing and developing enterprise level n-tier solutions Three to five years experience in C#, .NET framework, SQL2005 (SSIS, T-SQL). Strong experience in BizTalk 2006, advanced XML message processing, creating advanced BizTalk workflow maps, building custom pipelines, and working with data adapters. Integration with SQL Server, SMTP/POP3 Server, SOAP/HTTP. Work includes building advanced orchestrations, creating transactions, integrating services into an orchestration, implementation knowledge of business workflow, web services, deploying and managing BizTalk applications, and troubleshooting a BizTalk Server environment Must understand SOA enabling technology and design principles for implementing application-to-application communication using protocols such as SOAP, XML/HTTP, XML, WSDL, etc. Experience designing class models and sequence diagrams. Experience with HIPAA Accelerator is a plus Working knowledge of architectural concepts: Publish-Subscribe, Content-Based Routing, Service-Oriented Architecture, Workflow Strong verbal/written communication skills Demonstrated ability to be productive independently and/or as a team member Strong organizational, interpersonal and analytical skills
