Job Details

This position is responsible for telephone, email and / or on-site support for hosted clients of a litigation support software product suite.

Job Requirements

Case Administrator
Responsibilities:

  • Offer support and consulting services to hosted clients
  • Analyze and solve a wide variety of complex and challenging issues
  • Work as part of a highly trained team of technical and business professionals
  • Work with clients to apply legal technology solution to business problems
    Skills and Experience Required:
  • Experience working with clients on business solutions
  • Familiarity with Litigation Support Software and its practical applications
  • Experience working in the Litigation Support department of a major law firm is a plus
  • Enjoy solving tough problems
  • A strong desire to learn continuously and grow professionally
  • Comfortable working in a team-based environment and supporting others
  • Desire to be a part of an exciting, rapidly growing organization
  • Ability to work autonomously with flexibility and excellent judgment
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure to meet deadlines
  • Flexibility to work extended hours on a shortened work week, a plus

Education:

  • BA / BS required
