Job Requirements |
- Work with the Sales Operations team implement project plans and perform user acceptance testing which will result in enhanced analytical, targeting, and business solutions capabilities of our CRM and Reporting Tools.
- Support and implement technical solutions that contribute to the creation of synergy between Sales, Marketing, Medical Liaison, Organized Customer Group, Finance, and Information Technologies groups.
- Document and initiate new/existing processes and procedures
- Support the integration of all Data sources including Call reporting, Sales Data, and CRM.
- Handle and resolve sales force inquiries and issues as they relate to the CRM and Reporting Tools.
- Run and test standard reports for internal and field needs.
- Identify system enhancements and pro-actively identify and resolve system bugs and shortfalls.
- Act as a second level support resource for the field sales force.
- Responsible for testing and delivering monthly files to vendors.
- Responsible for support in day to day maintenance of the CRM including territory alignments, sample management, DEA and State License validation, and user acceptance testing.
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience 5 - 7 Years
- Extensive CRM implementation and administration experience.
- 5+ years of Sales and Sale Analysis preferably in the pharmaceutical industry.
- Extensive knowledge of Excel, Access, PowerPoint, MS SQL, and MS Project.
- Experience with data warehouses, contact management, call reporting, sample accountability, contracting, and comprehensive business reporting.
